国内外专利运营中介机构浅析

本文简要介绍了国内外主流的专利运营中介机构的运营模式,分析了国内专利运营中介机构发展面临的问题主要是专利运营数据资源种类及内容相对匮乏、专利运营所需复合型人才短缺,并从加强专利信息与非专利数据资源的融合,建设涵盖专利运营活动全方位、全流程的专利信息资源集合,培养专利运营高端复合型人才三个方面给出了解决对策。

This paper briefly introduces the operation mode of domestic and international patent operation intermediary organizations and analyzes the problems faced by the domestic patent operation intermediary organizations, mainly including the shortage of patent operation data resources and the lack of inter-disciplinary talent. This paper gives the countermeasures from strengthening the integration of patent information and non patent data resources, establishing patent and information resources collection covering all aspects of patent operation activities and training high-end complex talents.
