摘要 目的研究MOTOmed运动训练对不完全性胸腰段脊髓损伤患者步态功能及日常生活功能的影响。方法 40例不完全性胸腰段脊髓损伤患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,每组40例。其中对照组进行常规康复训练,治疗组在常规康复训练基础上增加MOTOmed运动训练,两组患者均于治疗前和治疗8周后分别采用6 min步行距离、10 m步行时间和Barthel指数(BI)评分评定患者步态功能及日常生活功能。结果对照组治疗前BI评分为(31.28±5.62)分,治疗8周后BI评分、6 min步行距离、10 m步行时间分别为(60.34±7.56)分、(62.35±6.32)m、(60.64±4.37)s;治疗组治疗前BI评分为(30.27±6.53)分、0、0,治疗8周后BI评分、6 min步行距离、10 m步行时间分别为(73.25±8.64)分、(70.23±5.48)m、(51.89±5.12)s。治疗前后两组BI评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗8周后的BI评分高于对照组,6 min步行距离长于对照组,10 m步行时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规康复训练基础上结合MOTOmed运动训练可显著改善不完全性胸腰段脊髓损伤患者步态功能及日常生活功能。 Objective To study the effect of MOTOmed exercise training on gait function and daily life function in patients with incomplete spinal cord injury. Methods A total of 40 incomplete spinal cord injury patients were divided by random number method into treatment group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation training, and the treatment group received MOTOmed exercise training on the basis of routine rehabilitation training. Evaluation were made on gait function and daily life function between the two groups by 6 min walking distance, 10 m walking time and Barthel index (BI) before treatment and 8 weeks after treatment. Results The control group had BI score before treatment as (31.28 ± 5.62) points, and BI score, 6 min walking distance, 10 m walking time respectively as (60.34 ± 7.56) points, (62.35 ±6.32) m, (60.64 ±4.37) s at 8 weeks after treatment. The treatment group had BI score before treatment as (30.27 ± 6.53) points, and BI score, 6 min walking distance, 10 m walking time respectively as (73.25 ± 8.64) points, (70.23 ± 5.48) m and (51.89±5.12) s at 8 weeks after treatment. Both groups had statistically significant difference in BI score before and after treatment (P〈0.05). The treatment group had higher BI score at 8 weeks after treatment than the control group, longer 6 rain walking distance than the control group, and shorter 10 m walking time than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion On the basis of routine rehabilitation training, MOTOmed exercise training can significantly improve the gait function and daily life function of incomplete spinal cord injury patients.
