新型生物陶瓷材料iRootFM作为乳牙根管充填材料的动物实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的应用比格犬动物实验研究生物陶瓷材料iRoot FM作为乳牙根管充填材料的治疗效果以及iRoot FM与乳牙牙根吸收速率的一致性。方法将比格犬22颗乳牙(共32个根管)分成2个实验组(iRoot FM组、Vitapex组)和1个正常对照组。由同一操作者对实验组牙齿行根管治疗术,术后每2周由3名高年资口腔临床及影像学医生盲法进行口腔检查及X线影像学评估。应用SPSS 18.0软件,采用Fisher's确切概率法分别对2个实验组的成功率及根管充填材料与乳牙牙根吸收速率的一致性进行统计分析。结果 2~14周iRoot FM组的口腔检查及影像学评估成功率均为100%(10/10);2~8周Vitapex组口腔检查及影像学评估成功率均为100%(10/10),10周后成功率为80%(8/10)。两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。iRoot FM组与Vitapex组在2、4、6、8、10、12、14周时根管充填材料与乳牙牙根吸收速率的一致性差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 iRoot FM可以随乳牙牙根的生理性吸收而吸收,是乳牙根管充填材料的一个新选择。 Objective To study the therapeutic effect of a novel bioceramic cement iRoot FM as a root canal filling mate- rial in the primary teeth of Beagle dog, and to assess the consistency of the resorption rate of root canal filling material and primary teeth root. Methods Totally 22 primary teeth (32 root canals)of beagle dogs were divided into two experiment groups (iRoot FM group, Vitapex group)and a normal control group. The teeth in the experiment groups were con- ducted by root canal therapy. The oral and radiographic examination was assessed by three senior dentists and radiographic experts blindly every two weeks postoperatively. Statistical analysis was performed by SPSS 18.0 software. Data were analyzed using Fisher' s exact test to compare the success rates. Results The oral and radiographic examination assessment indicated that the success rates of iRoot FM was 100% (10/10). The success rate of Vitapex group was 100% (10/10) at the end of 8 weeks, and then declined to 80% (8/10). There was no statistically significant difference be- tween these two groups (P 〉 0.05). There was no statistical difference between the iRoot FM group and the Vitapex group on the consistency of resorption rates of the root canal filling material and primary teeth root 2 - law after operation (P 〉 0.05). Conclusion iRoot FM can be resorpted with the physiological resorption of primary teeth after root canal therapy. It can be a new option for root canal filling material in primary teeth.
