文物保护与活化之矛盾调和——以中山市茶东村陈氏宗祠群保护规划为例

Reconcile the Contradictions of Activation and Conservation:The Protection Plan for Chen Ancestral Group in Zhongshan Chadong Village

通过对全国重点文物保护单位:茶东村陈氏宗祠群保护规划的案例研究,探讨传统村落及其现存文物建筑的保护原则、思路与具体措施,以及在当代如何因应文物本体、周边环境特点制定相应规划措施对文物价值加以活化、合理开发利用,辩证地处理文物保护与活化、开发利用的矛盾问题。

Through the research for the national key cultural relics protection units： Chadong Village Chen Ancestral conservation planning group,we discuss the protection principle of the traditional villages and the existing heritage buildings, ideas and concrete measures, as well as how to respond to the contemporary cultural body, and to take measures characterized by the development of the surrounding environment, so as to make an appropriate planning to the activation of heritage value and rational exploitation, to dialectically deal with the contradictions of cultural relics protection and activation, development and utilization.
