Separation and determination of water soluble vitamins in vitamin B complex tablet by ion-pair RPHPLC

本文采用阴离子表面活性剂作为对离子加入流动相中,控制一定pH值,在化学键合固定相色谱柱上对4种水溶性维生素进行了分离,并用内标校正曲线法定量测定了复合维B片剂中维生素含量。

A high performance liquid chromatographicprocedure for the simultaneous determination ofvitamins B_1, B_2, B_6, and niacinamide in tabellaevitamini B complices was developed. The methoduses paired-ion reversed phase partition chromatography for separation of the four water solube vitamins.The ion-pair reagent was sodium hexanesulfonate.The column was Zorbax C8. Detection wavelengthwere at 260 and 280 nm. It was concluded thatthis method is fast, accurate, specific and suitable for routine analysis.
