Research on Countermesures for Registration of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Jiangsu Province

科技成果登记工作是管理科技成果的重要抓手,也是促进成果转移转化的重要途径。从全国及江苏省科技成果登记现状入手,从科技成果登记体系建立、登记范围、登记程序、组织保障等方面对江苏省科技成果登记提出了对策,总结了江苏省这一阶段的科技成果登记工作,探讨了今后工作的推进方向。

Registration of scientific and technological achievements is an important starting point for the management of scientific and technological achievements. It is also an important way to promote the achievements transformation.Starting from the present situation of registration of scientific and technological achievements in our country and in Jiangsu Province, and from aspects of the establishment of the registration system of scientific and technological achievements, the scope of registration, the registration procedures and the organizational guarantee, this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the registration of scientific and technological achievements in Jiangsu Province, summarizes the registration work of scientific and technological achievements at this stage in Jiangsu Province, and probes into the orientation of future work.
