摘要
UV光固化是一种先进的表面加工过程,其液体配方产品(如涂料、油墨和胶黏剂)在高强度紫外光(UV)能量作用下会发生聚合交联反应,而快速转变为薄膜固态涂层(即"UV光固化过程")。目前我国光固化过程已在工业部门的很多领域得到广泛应用,形成了一条称之为"UV光固化产业的价值链"。"产业价值链"包括光固化材料(原材料和化学配方)、加工设备(UV光源与固化装置)和光固化加工工艺等。原材料和化学配方产品(如涂料、油墨和胶黏剂)构成了光固化过程的物质基础。事实上,我国光固化材料的生产与市场已成为全球市场的一个重要的组成部分。近年来我国几乎所有的光固化材料(除光引发剂以外)都在持续增长。RadTech China提供的2016年统计数据表明,中国光固化材料市场充满生机,不过高端应用的材料仍然需要进口。
Radiation curing is an advanced process in which formulated products such as coatings,inks and adhesives are cured by high-intensity light source using ultraviolet(UV)or electron beams(EB)energy.Today UV/EB curing is wide used in a variety of industrial segment.These formulations are based on oligomers,reactive diluents,photoinitiators,and so on.Above-cited key raw-materials(oligomers,reactive diluents,photoinitiators)and formulated products(coatings,inks and adhesives)lay the substantial foundation for UV/EB curing process.In fact,the domestic markets and industrial production of UV curing materials in China have become a important part in the global UV/EB materials markets.In recent years,the industrial production of almost all UV curing materials(except for photoinitiators)has kept sustained growth with less impact of economics in China.The latest statistics data in 2016 by RadTech China were summarized,which show that the domestic markets of UV curing materials were prosperous,but high-end UV curing materials need to be imported.
