摘要
植物多糖具有多种生理活性,在化妆品、药品等领域应用潜力巨大,是新药及日化用品开发的重要方向之一。基于此,本文对超声提取和水浸提绞股蓝多糖两种方法进行研究,探讨了不同温度下绞股蓝多糖随着提取时间的变化规律,建立了绞股蓝多糖提取的动力学方程。结果显示:超声提取和溶剂浸提绞股蓝多糖的表观活化能分别为7.072×103J/mol和1.199×104J/mol,超声提取绞股蓝多糖表观活化能低,提取效果好。
Plant polysaccharides was used in the field of cosmetics,pharmaceuticals and other great potential fields,which was the new drug and daily chemicals,one of the important development direction of new formulations because of its variety physiological activities.In this paper,the ultrasonic extraction and aqueous extraction of polysaccharides were studied.The kinetic equation of the extraction of gynostemma pentaphyllum polysaccharides were also studied.The results showed that apparent activation energies of ultrasonic extraction and the aqueous extraction were 7.072×103 J/mol and 1.199×104 J/mol,respectively.The ultrasonic extraction apparent activation energy was low,which was better for extraction.
