晚期肺癌合并再喂养综合征一例 被引量：2

Advanced lung cancer combined with refeeding syndrome： report of one case

摘要 患者 女性,66岁,2年半前诊断为肺癌,行左肺下叶癌根治术,术后病理结果为小细胞肺癌,术后分期pT2aN2M0ⅢA局限期.术后EC方案化疗6个周期,疗效评价为临床完全缓解（CCR）.1年前发现多发骨转移,再次行EC方案化疗6个周期后,疗效评价为疾病稳定（SD）,化疗过程中伴有食欲减退,5个月前因骨痛再次就诊,
