摘要
目的分析南京市某卷烟厂仓储、物流和科研中心项目中的职业病危害因素及危害情况和拟采取措施的有效性。方法采用职业卫生调查、类比法和经验法进行分析和评价。结果该项目可能产生的职业病危害因素有化学因素(烟草尘、甲烷、二氧化碳)和物理因素(噪声和低温)。类比企业各岗位烟草尘时间加权平均浓度(TWA)为(0.79~0.86)mg/m3,超限倍数为0.40~1.75;二氧化碳TWA为5.40 mg/m3,短时间接触容许浓度(PC-STEL)为7.20 mg/m3;噪声(8 h等效声级)为(62.1~82.4)d B(A),均符合相应限值。甲烷和低温没有相应的职业接触限值,故未作检测。除总体布局外,其余拟采取的防护措施均符合相关要求。结论本项目在完善职业病危害控制补充措施后,项目职业病危害因素是可以预防和控制的。
[Objective] To analyze the occupational hazards and hazard extent in the warehouse, logistics and research center project of a cigarette factory in Nanjing City, analyze the effectiveness of proposed measures. [Methods ] The occupational health survey, analogy and empirical method were applied in analysis and evaluation. [ Results ~ The occupational hazards that may arise from the project were chemical factors (tobacco dust, methane, carbon dioxide) and physical factors (noise and low temperature). In analog enterprise, the time-weighted average(TWA) concentration of tobacco dust was 0.79-0.86 mg/m^3 with overrun multiplier of 0.40-1.75,TWA concentration and of carbon dioxide was 5.40 mg/m3, which the pemissible concentration-short term exposure limit (PC-STEL) was 720 mg/m^3,and equivalent continuous sound level normalized to 8 hours was (62.1-82.4) dB (A), and all of the results met the corresponding limit. There are no corresponding occupational exposure limits for methane and low temperature, so these items did not be tested. Expect the overall layout, the other proposed protective measures were in line with the relevant requirements. [Conclusion] The occupational hazards in the project can be prevented and controlled after the improvement of occupational hazards control measures.
