当前水泥工业若干误区及其探讨(一)--论生料料耗计算方法及其生产应用

Discussion on some misunderstanding of cement industry at present: calculation method of raw meal consumptions of specific clinker and its application in production

生料料耗与水泥企业获取各类单耗、台时产量、成本、消耗量、熟料产量等经济技术指标密切关联,系日常生产管理中的重要参数。针对水泥企业和GB/T 27978—2011、专业书籍等在料耗计算与应用普遍存在的误区及产生误差的原因,进行了系统分析,对如何计算料耗及其适用范围、界定条件和在生产统计中的使用、验算等提出了有关建议,力求对今后规范应用料耗及修正确认统计数据,提升企业管理水平及统计指标准确度有参考价值。

Raw meal consumptions of specific clinker was closely related to the economic and technical indexes, such as the specific consumption of various materials, production cost, consumptions, output of clinker. It was an important parameter in daily production and management. According to the prevalent misunderstanding and the reasons for errors in the aspects of calculation and application of raw meal consumptions of specific clinker from cement enterprises, GB/T 27978--2011, and professional books, we made a systematic analysis. We also gave recommendations that how to calculate raw meal consumptions of specific clinker and its scope of application, boundary conditions, and using and checking in the production statistics. It strives to provide the reference value for standardizing the application of raw meal consumptions of specific clinker, correcting and confirming the statistical data, enhancing the managerial level of the enterprise, and the accuracy of statistical indicators in the future.
