摘要 急性百草枯（Paraquat,PQ）中毒及脓毒症均为常见的急危重症。PQ是1,1’-二甲基-4,4’-联吡啶阳离子盐,一种广泛应用的快速灭生性除草剂。急性PQ中毒作为一种急性损伤,主要机制是氧化损伤。组织的氧自由基损伤刺激炎性细胞（如巨噬细胞）分泌各种炎性介质,
