摘要
本文用三波长分光光度法测定硝酸毛果芸香碱滴眼剂,目的在于消除滴眼剂溶媒的影响。实验表明,硝酸毛果芸香碱浓度在3~15μg/ml之间符合比耳定律,其浓度与吸收度差值呈良好的线性关系。本实验重现性好,回收率为100.03%,方法简便可靠,可作为医院制剂的常规检测。
Pilocarpine nitrate in eye-drops was determinedby three-wavelength spectrophotometry in an attemptto eliminate the interference of other components e. g.ethylparaben, etc. The results showed that the standardcurve of pilocarpine nitrate ranging from 3 to 15μgwas in consistent with Beer's law. The method isaccurate, sensitive, simple and suitable for hospitalanalysis.
