摘要
为了研究实验室环境温度对LED灯丝灯的影响,参照JJF 1051-2015《小功率LED单管校准规范》中环境条件的要求"环境温度(23±3)℃",对LED灯丝灯的灯电压、光通量、色温3个参数进行测量。当实验室环境温度恒定时,研究了LED灯丝灯在55~85℃范围内参数随温度变化的规律;然后研究了在实验室环境温度20~26℃范围内,温度对LED灯丝灯参数的影响机制。两种实验结果均表明:随温度升高,LED灯丝灯的灯电压下降,光通量衰减,色温升高;与白炽灯相比,LED灯丝灯光通量衰减严重,衰减系数约为0.20%/℃,电压衰减系数约为0.04%/℃。因此,为降低环境温度对LED灯丝灯的影响,建议在实验室测量过程中控制温度在(23±1)℃范围内。若温度变化大于2℃且小于6℃,可用衰减系数进行修正,得到较准确的测量结果。
In order to study the performance of LED filament lamp under the different laboratory environmental temperature,according to the requirements of environmental conditions in JJF 1051-2015 "Calibration Specification for Single Low Power LED",which set the environmental temperature of( 23 ±3) ℃,three parameters of lamp voltage,luminous flux and color temperature of LED filament lamp have been measured. The parameters variation of LED filament lamp in the range of 55℃ ~ 85℃ with temperature was studied when the temperature of the laboratory was constant. Then,the optical and electrical parameters of LED filament lamps under the different laboratory environmental temperatures in the range of 20℃ ~ 26 ℃ were investigated. The results of the two experiments show that the lamp voltage drops, the luminous flux decreases, and the color temperature rises with the increase of temperature,and that the luminous flux attenuation of LED filament lamp is more serious than that of incandescent lamp,and the attenuation coefficient is about 0. 20%/℃,the attenuation coefficient of voltage is about 0. 04%/℃. Therefore,in order to reduce the influence of ambient temperature on LED filament lamp,it is recommended to control the ambient temperature in the range of( 23 ± 1) ℃ during laboratory measurement. If the temperature is greater than 2 ℃ and less than 6 ℃,the attenuation coefficient of luminous flux can be used to obtain more accurate results.
