75例整脊疗法治疗颈性眩晕的疗效分析

Chiropractic Therapy in Treatment of 75 Cases of Cervical Vertigo

目的:分析整脊疗法治疗颈性眩晕的效果。方法:75例颈性眩晕患者均采用整脊疗法治疗,对比治疗前后患者的症状体征评分及治疗效果。结果:治疗后,患者眩晕、耳鸣、头疼、恶心呕吐四项评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);手法复位后,47例患者立时有效(占62.7%),但有10例患者在第2天表现出一过性症状加重,在1～7天内症状得到缓解,18例患者通过治疗2～4次后症状缓解(24.0%),10例患者经过5次以上治疗后症状缓解(占13.3%);其中治愈61例(81.3%)、有效13例(17.3%)、无效1例(1.3%),总有效率为98.7%。结论:整脊疗法能够有效纠正关节移位情况,通过对经脉的调理,有效提高了治疗有效率、缩短了治疗时间,是临床治疗颈性眩晕的有效方案,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To analyze the efficacy of chiropractic therapy for cervical vertigo. Methods： All of 75 cases of patients with cervical vertigo were treated with chiropractic therapy, compared the scores of symptoms and signs before and after treatment and their therapeutic effect. Results： Af- ter treatment, scores of dizziness, tinnitus, headache, nausea and vomitting were significantly lower than those of before treatment （P〈0.05）; after manual reduction, 47 cases of patients turned better immediately （62.7%）, of whom 10 cases transiently exacerbated the next day and alleviated in 1-7 days, symptoms had relieved in 18 cases （24.0%） after 2-4 times of treatment and in 10 cases （13.3%） after 5 times or more; 61 cases were cured （81.3%）, 13 cases effective and 1 case invalid, the overall response rate was 98.7%. Conclusion： Chiropractic therapy can effectively correct the joint displacement, through regulating meridians improve the efficacy and shorten treatment times, which is a effective treatment for cervical vertigo and deserves clinical promotion and application.
