Clinical treatment of two cases of severe adult onset Still's disease

成人Still病是一种自身免疫性炎症性疾病,以高热、皮疹、关节痛或关节炎为主要表现。由于成人Still病的诊断缺乏特异性,故临床诊治困难,常延误最佳诊断时机,影响疾病转归。有研究指出,

Adult onset Still＇s disease is an autoimmune inflammatory disease characterized by high fever,rash, joint pain or arthritis. It is pointed out that iron protein has guiding significance in the development of adult Still＇s disease. Early blood purification is one of the important strategies for treating Still＇s disease. In this paper, two cases of adult Still＇s disease treated in intensive care unit were summarized and analyzed to provide guidance for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
