摘要
白细胞介素(interleukin,IL)-37是近期发现的一种细胞因子,共有a^e五种不同的亚型,IL-37b是目前研究的热点。IL-37可抑制体内多种促炎细胞因子的表达及增强抗炎细胞因子的活性。近期研究发现,IL-37在风湿性疾病中起到重要作用,但其具体作用机制尚不完全清楚。本文主要综述IL-37的生物学功能及其在风湿性疾病中的作用,旨在为风湿性疾病发病机制和诊断积累基础理论资料。
Inteleukin-37(IL-37) is a new member of the IL-1 family,including a to e five different subtypes,and IL-37 b is a hotspot of current research.IL-37 can inhibit the expression of a variety of proinflammatory cytokines in vivo and enhance the activity of anti-inflammatory cytokines.Recent researches demonstrate that IL-37 play an important role in rheumatic diseases.However,the specific mechanism is not fully clear.This review has introduced the biological function of IL-37 and its role in the rheumatic diseases,and aim to accumulate foundational reference for the study of mechanism on the IL-37 related to rheumatic diseases.
