脑膜炎奈瑟菌外膜蛋白NhhA研究进展

摘要 脑膜炎奈瑟菌(Neisseria meningitidis,Nm)是引起流行性脑脊髓膜炎(流脑)的主要病原体。Nhh A是脑膜炎奈瑟菌的寡聚外膜蛋白,与流感嗜血杆菌的黏附素hia和hsf是同系物。研究提示,Nhh A参与脑膜炎奈瑟菌对宿主细胞的黏附,保护其免受宿主固有免疫系统的攻击;此外,Nhh A具有免疫刺激功能,能够促进巨噬细胞释放促炎性细胞因子;Nhh A还具有诱导宿主巨噬细胞凋亡,促进单核细胞转化成巨噬细胞样细胞等作用。本文介绍了Nhh A的分子结构和功能等方面的研究进展。 Neisseria meningitidis is the leading cause of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis(ECM).Neisseria hia/hsf homologue(NhhA) is an oligomeric outer membrane protein of Neisseria meningitides homologues to hia and hsf adhesin of Haemophilus influenza.NhhA was found to play a role in colonization of nasopharyngeal mucosa by mediate bacterial adhesion and protect meningococcus from phagocytosis and complement-mediated killing.In addition,NhhA has immunostimulatory function and promote proinflammatory cytokines release from macrophages.NhhA also has capacity to induce macrophage apoptosis,and orchestrate monocyte differentiation into macrophage-like cells and so on.In this paper,the progress of molecular structure and function of NhhA was introduced.
