五味子酚对槟榔碱致帕金森病模型小鼠的保护作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨五味子酚(Sal)对槟榔碱致帕金森病(PD)模型小鼠震颤行为的影响。方法共纳入90只清洁级雄性昆明种小鼠,尾静脉注射槟榔碱诱导小鼠PD模型。随机分为正常对照组、槟榔碱模型组、Sal 100 mg/kg+槟榔碱组、Sal 50 mg/kg+槟榔碱组、Sal 25 mg/kg+槟榔碱组、L-dopa+槟榔碱组各15只。各组小鼠给予等体积的药物或溶剂,一次性给药。观察小鼠震颤情况和震颤时间,并通过计算小鼠致颤ED50观察Sal对小鼠震颤行为的影响。结果与槟榔碱模型组比较,Sal 100 mg/kg和Sal 50 mg/kg组小鼠均能使槟榔碱的致颤ED50值显著增高,且能缩短小鼠震颤的持续时间。结论 Sal对槟榔碱诱发的小鼠多巴胺/胆碱能平衡功能失调有保护作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of Schisanhenol( Sal) on tremor and behavioral disorder in mice using Parkinson 's disease( PD) model induced by Arecoline. Methods Mice were randomly divided into six groups,including normal control group,Arecoline model group,Sal 100 mg/kg,Sal 50 mg/kg,Sal 25 mg/kg group and L-dopa group. The Mice were administered with an equal volume of drug or vehicle orally once.The tremor and the lasting time of the mice were observed and the protective effect of Sal on mice was observed by calculating the trembling ED50 value. Results Compared with the Arecoline model group,the lasting time of trembling of mice in Sal 100 mg/kg and Sal 50 mg/kg groups was significantly shorter than that of the model group. Sal 100 mg/kg and Sal 50 mg/kg increased the trembling ED50 value of mice. Conclusions Schisanhenol has a protective effect on Arecoline-induced dopamine/cholinergic motor disorder in mice.
