溃疡散与维生素C治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡疗效比较

Curative effect comparison between ulcer powder and vitamin C in treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer

目的探讨溃疡散与维生素C外用治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡的疗效比较。方法选择2012年5月至2013年12月天津市河西口腔医院复发性阿弗他患者49例,将患者按治疗方法分组,分别采用溃疡散及维生素C外用撒布,3日后观察疗效。结果治疗后,两组受试者溃疡直径均显著缩小,且溃疡散治疗组患者溃疡直径为(1.096 3±0.845 57)mm,显著小于维生素C治疗组患者溃疡直径(2.463 6±0.905 30)mm,差异有统计学意义(t=5.455,P<0.001)。溃疡散治疗组患者疼痛程度显著低于维生素C治疗组患者,差异有统计学意义(χ2=20.770,P<0.001)。溃疡散治疗组对药物刺激反应显著低于维生素C治疗组患者,差异有统计学意义(χ2=26.090,P<0.001)。结论溃疡散外用治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡确实具有独到的优点,比维生素C传统外用药物治疗效果好,局部疼痛轻,患者接受度强。

Objective To detect the treatment effect of sucralfate and vitamin C to recurrent aphthous ulcer. Methods Forty-nine patients with recurrent aphthous ulcer in Hexi Stomatology Hospital was chosen from May 2012 to December 2013,and divided into two blocks according to treatment method. One block was treated with sucralfate,the other with vitamin C. We observed the effect of two blocks after three days. Results After treatment,two groups of subjects were significantly reduced and the diameter of ulcer,ulcer powder ulcer patients in the treatment group（ 1. 0963 ± 0. 84557） diameter mm,significantly less than the vitamin C treatment group patients with ulcer diameter（ 2.4636±0.90530） mm,the difference was statistically significant（ t = 5.455,P〈0.001）. Kuiyangsan treatment group patients pain was significantly lower than that of vitamin C in the treatment group,the difference was statistically significant（ χ^2= 20.770,P〈0.001）. Kuiyangsan treatment group patients on the drug stimulation significantly corresponding to vitamin C treatment,the difference was statistically significant（ χ^2= 26.090,P〈0.001）. Conclusions Topical Ulcer Powder for the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer has unique advantages than traditional topical vitamin C treatment effect is good,light pain,patient acceptance is strong.
