摘要 目的探索微课在高职院校护理专业《健康评估》实训教学中的应用及效果。方法随机选取本校2016级护理专业两个班级学生作为研究对象,其中一个班级采用传统理实一体化教学模式,设为对照组;另一个班级采用微课与理实一体化教学模式,作为实验组,比较两个班级学生实训教学效果。课程教学结束后,在实验组中开展问卷调查,了解学生对微课教学的认可度。结果实验组学生的期末实训成绩明显高于对照组(P<0.01);93%的学生认为微课对实训教学非常有用;89%的学生对微课教学感兴趣。结论在《健康评估》课程实训教学中引入微课,有助于激发学生的学习兴趣、提高学生的学习成绩。 Objective To explore the application and effect of micro-course in health assessment training teaching of nursing specialty in higher vocational college. Methods Two classes of 2016 nursing specialty in College were randomly selected as research object. One of the classes adopts the traditional and practical teaching as the control group,the other class was adopted integration of theory and practice of teaching with micro-course as the experimental group,compared the learning effect of two class students. After the end of the course teaching,the students in the experimental group were investigated by questionnaire to understand the students,approval of the micro-course teaching. Results The scores of the students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P〈0. 01). 93% of students thought micro-course was very useful for training teaching; 89% of students were interesting in micro-course teaching. Conclusions The introduction of micro-course into health assessment training will help to stimulate interest of student and improve the performance of nursing students.
