广州市某社区居民应急救护培训现状调查

Investigation on current situation of emergency rescue training for residents in a Guangzhou community

目的了解城市社区居民应急救护知识、技能掌握现状,为开展切实有效的培训提供依据。方法应用问卷调查法于2016年11月对广州市某社区的居民进行调查。结果社区居民急救知识和技能掌握现状不佳,对培训需求和迫切度高。将结果通过学历分组、职业分组、年龄分组进行对比后,可发现学历越高,相对应的急救知识正确率越高;社区服务人员比其他职业的人员的急救知识正确率高;老年组比非老年组急救知识和技能掌握差。结论应重视社区居民急救知识和技能的培训,特别是应设计一种适合学习的急救知识技能培训方式,促进社区居民急救水平的提高。

Objective To investigate the emergency rescue knowledge and skills of urban residents,and to provide evidence for effective training. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the residents of a community in Guangzhou in November 2016. Results The results of community residents＇ first aid knowledge and skills to grasp the current status quo,the training needs and high degree of urgency. After the results by education groups,occupational groups,age groups were compared,could be found in the higher education,the higher the corresponding rate of correct knowledge of first aid; The accuracy rate of first aid knowledge of community service personnel was higher than that of other professionals; the old age group had poor first aid knowledge and skills.Conclusions Attention should be paid to the training of emergency knowledge and skills for community residents,especially the design of a first-aid knowledge and skill training method which is suitable for study,so as to promote the first-aid level of community residents.
