基于近人空间视角的街道界面功能连续性指标研究

Quantitative Analysis About Indexes of Street Interface's Functional Continuity Based on the Human Scale

针对当前我国街道界面凹凸错落不连续的现象,不少城市设计导则中提出利用贴线率等参数指标来保证界面的连续性。然而,除了保证界面形式上的连续性,在城市设计层面,街道空间还应维护街道、广场界面功能活动的连续性。由此拟从近人空间视角来探讨与功能连续性相关的界面面宽、虚体界面尺度等指标,以期对街道空间设计提出建议。

Currently, some urban design guidelines have proposed to use near-line ratio to ensure the continuity of street interfaces against the street interfaces discontinuous phenomenon. This paper presents that we should not only ensure the continuity of street interfaces, but also maintain the continuity of functional activity of the street interfaces. It therefore intends to explore the quantitative indexes about the width of building interface and scale of vacant interfaces based on the human scale, which are used to make recommendations for the design of street interfaces.
