摘要
以全过程工程咨询的现行政策为切入点,根据当前工程咨询行业的政策环境分析我国全过程工程咨询政策推行面临的问题,并提出深入理解工程咨询服务的基本规律,完善全过程工程咨询集成管理制度设计两方面建议,以期为全过程工程咨询政策的推行提供借鉴。
Taking the current policy of life cycle engineering consulting as the start, this paper analyzes the problems of promoting life cycle engineering consulting policy in China based on the policy environment of the current engineering consulting industry. Then, puts forward two proposals, including understanding the basic law of engineering consulting service thoroughly and improving the system design of life cycle engineering consulting integrated management, so as to provide reference for the promotion of life cycle engineering consulting policy.
