摘要
阐述工程建设领域项目成员工作幸福感的内涵,从工作中的人际关系、工作旺盛感、工作胜任感、工作认可度、工作投入度、工作满意度和工作中的积极情绪等七个维度研究建立测量量表,对目前项目成员的工作幸福感现状进行度量与分析。研究表明,当前项目成员的工作幸福感尚有较大提升空间,另外,工作幸福感与企业类型、性别、年龄、工龄、薪酬、学历和岗位等因素密切相关。
This paper elaborates the connotation of project members' well-being at work in the field of engineering construction, builds the measurement scale from seven dimensions, including interpersonal relationship at work, enthusiasm for work, feeling of competency at work, perceived recognition at work, desire for involvement at work, job satisfaction and positive affect at work, measures and analyzes the present situation of project members' well-being at work. Research result shows that there is still a large space to improve the project members' well- being at work, in addition, project members' well-being at work is closely related to the enterprise type, gender, age, length of service, salary, educational background and post.
