中欧国际铁路运输通道系统分析

System Analysis of China-Europe International Railway Transport Corridor

中欧国际铁路运输通道是我国"一带一路"倡议中政策沟通、设施联通、贸易畅通、资金融通、民心相通5方面的重要体现。分析中欧国际铁路运输通道的狭义和广义概念以及属性特征,提出通道系统应包括物理通道、参与主体、组织管理、外部环境4大要素,并分析系统各要素间的逻辑关系,提出其互联互通一体化的发展方向。

China-Europe International Railway Transport Corridor serves as a significant manifestation of ＂One Belt and One Road＂ initiative including policy communication,facility connection,expedite trade,financing and people-to-people exchange.The paper will put forward that corridor system shall contain four factors including physical corridor,participants,organization and management and external environment by analyzing the broad sense and narrow sense as well as attributive characters of China-Euro International Railway Transport Corridor.The paper will also present the direction of connectivity and integration.
