呼和浩特铁路局既有线路基冻害成因分析及整治措施

Cause Analysis and Renovation Methods for Frost Heaving of Subgrade on Existing Lines of Hohhot Railway Administration

随着铁路机械化维修的全面覆盖,专业修、精确修的开展以及设备等级的更新,设备质量安全储备大幅提升,但呼和浩特铁路局管内大部分线路地处乌兰察布高原,海拔在1000 m以上,冬季寒冷、夏季炎热,温差较大。大包线建设年代久远,由于受修建技术和经济条件的限制,管内既有线路基填筑压实标准较低,黏土处理措施、排水系统建设等方面还不完善,在多年运营、运输上量、增密提速等情况下,路基病害突出,部分区段路基冻害频发,严重影响线路稳定性和列车运行舒适度,成倍增加养护维修工作量。虽然在必要时采取了限速措施,但路基冻害影响轨道上部结构的使用寿命,成为铁路运输安全和运输能力提高的瓶颈,因此对既有线路基冻害整治成为当前亟需解决的重大课题。结合呼和浩特铁路局既有线路基冻害整治工程实践和经验,介绍路基冻害整治方法和措施,为类似工程提供借鉴。

With the popularization of mechanical maintenance for railways,the launching of professional precise repair and the updating of equipments,there has been great improvements in the quality and safety of equipments.Most railway lines managed by the Hohhot Railway Administration are on the Ulanqab Plateau which is over 1 000 m above sea level.Cold winter and hot summer generate great difference in temperature.Due to limited construction technique and financial condition,the Datong-Baotou Railway,which was constructed many years ago,has poor quality of subgrade compaction,clay treatment and drainage system construction.Due to the damages during operation,increased transport volume and the acceleration of densification,subgrade damage has become a major problem.In some sections,subgrade frequently suffers from frost heaving damages,which has a negative impact on railway stability and travelling comfort,with maintenance work multiplied.Although speed limit was applied when necessary,the frost heaving damage of subgrade shortens the service life of upper structure of tracks.This has already become a bottleneck of transport security and capacity.Therefore,renovating the subgrade suffering from frost heaving damage is an imperative.Based on engineering applications and experiences in the renovation of subgrade with frost heaving damage on existing lines of Hohhot Railway Administration,this paper proposed the renovation methods for frost heaving of subgrade,providing reference for similar projects.
