Reliability and Aging Testing Technology for the Plant Instrumentation and Control Equipment

对核电厂仪表和控制设备(以下简称仪控设备)的可靠性及老化管理方法、管理过程、技术要求、老化缓解措施及现场实施流程进行了研究和总结。适用于核电厂现场运行仪控设备及备件的可靠性和老化管理,可用于仪控设备老化识别与分级、监测诊断仪控设备老化降质,制定老化缓解计划,指导现场实施,并进行仪控设备老化降质和寿命评估,提高核电厂仪控设备运行的可靠性。

For nuclear power plant instrumentation and control equipment （hereinafter referred to as the instrument control equipment） reliability and aging management method, management process and technical requirements, aging mitigation measures and the implementation process are studied and summarized. The reliability and aging management which is applicable to instrument-controlled equipment and spare parts operating in field in the nuclear power plant can be used for aging identification and classification for the instrument-controlled equipment, monitoring and diagnosing the aging drop quality of the instrument-controlled equipment, making the aging mitigation planning, guiding the scene, and assessing the aging and life of instrument-controlled equipment. Thus it improves the operation reliability of nuclear pow- er plant instrument-controlled equipment.
