The Importance of the Construction of Occupational Qualification System in China's Marine Industry

随着我国海洋事业的快速发展,海洋人才队伍建设不断加强,海洋人才资源总量已初具规模,但目前我国还未真正建立海洋行业职业资格制度,制约海洋专业人才的培养和人才素质的提高。文章从国内外职业资格制度建设现状和发展趋势入手,分析建立我国海洋行业职业资格制度的必要性、重要性和可行性,并提出具体工作建议和设想,为我国海洋行业职业资格制度建设提供启示和借鉴。

With the rapid development of China＇s marine business, the talents construction was continuously strengthened,ocean talent resources had already begun to take shape,but so far,the professional qualification system of marine industry was not established, which limited the cultivation of professional talents and the improvement of personnel quality. The paper analyzed the current situation of professional qualification of marine industry, to establish the necessity and feasibility of China＇s marine industry vocational qualification system,and some suggestions and ideas were put forward,which will give important inspiration and reference on the development of professional qualification and practice of marine industry.
