摘要
《辛普森:美国制造》《纽约灾星》《制造杀人犯》等作品的出现使纪录剧集这种新的纪录片体裁逐渐进入业界和学界的视野。这种纪录片与连续剧的结合,能否成为未来被广泛采用的纪录片创作载体之一?影片长度和体量上的变化对纪录片创作将带来何种影响?目前看来,纪录剧集在题材偏好和创作风格上呈现出了哪些特点?它与系列纪录片在创作和表现上的区别在哪里?笔者从这些问题出发,以《辛普森:美国制造》《纽约灾星》《制造杀人犯》等作品为例,对纪录剧集这一纪录片体裁进行初步分析。
Some documentary series,such as O.J.:Made in America,The Jinx and Making a Murderer have gradually drawn the attention of the industry and academia to this new genre of documentary.Will this combination of docu-
mentary and serial drama become one of the most widely used genre of documentaries in the future?How will the changes in film length and scope affect the documentary creation?So far,what kinds of features have emerged in terms of themes and styles?Where is the difference between this genre and traditional documentary series in its creation and expression?Starting from these questions,this study conducts a preliminary analysis of this new kind of documentary series,taking O.J.:Made in America,The Jinx and Making a Murderer as examples.
