The score-to-grade conversion of optional subjects＇ results in Senior High School Academic Proficiency Test is a practical issue in China. The necessity of score-to-grade conversion, the feasibility of grading and the scientificalness of scores adding in Senior High School Academic Proficiency Test are discussed. Based on the principles of educational measurement and statistics, a score-to-grade conversion computation sheet is built, and a specific grade evaluate method is established. This method not only solves the problem of covert the score to grade in Senior High School Academic Proficiency Test, but also resolves the problem of adding and comparing between the test results of Senior High School Academic Proficiency Test and College Entrance Examination.
