摘要
在同直径的离心风轮、相同的风道以及电机转速的条件下,通过调整一体机空调进风口的进风样式,验证不同样式的进风口对风道流动特性和整机性能的影响,通过实验的验证比对,以及对各个进风口样式下一体机空调风量和功率的差异分析,获得各个进风口的流动特性,优化风道的结构及提高风管机空调的整体性能。
Under the same diameter of centrifugal rotor, the same air duct and the same speed conditions, we ad- just the air inlet patterns of integrated air conditioning, in order to verify influence of different air inlet styles to flow characteristics and the overall performance.Through experiment verification and variance analysis to the air volume and power performance under different inlet styles, we can know the flow characteristics of each air inlet, and opti- mize the structure of the air duct and improve the overall performance of ducted air conditioning.
