支气管袖状肺叶切除术治疗非小细胞中心型肺癌的临床体会

Clinical experience of bronchial sleeve lobectomy for non-small cell central lung cancer

目的探讨分析支气管袖状肺叶切除术治疗32例非小细胞中心型肺癌的临床效果。方法回顾性分析32例行支气管袖状肺叶切除术的非小细胞中心型肺癌患者的临床资料。结果围手术期无死亡病例发生;术后并发支气管胸膜瘘1例、肺不张3例;术后1年生存率为87.50%。结论支气管袖状肺叶切除术能提高非小细胞中心型肺癌的手术切除率,避免全肺切除,并可最大限度保留患者的健康肺功能,提高患者的术后生活质量。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of bronchial sleeve lobectomy for 32 cases of non-small cell central lung cancer. Methods The clinical data of 32 cases of non-small cell central lung cancer treated with bronchial sleeve lobectomy were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were no deaths in the perioperative period. 1 case was complicated with pleural fistula and 3 cases with atelectasis, with 1 year survival rate as 87.50%. Conclusion Bronchial sleeve lobectomy can improve the resection rate of non-small cell central lung cancer, avoid pneumonectomy, and can retain healthy pulmonary function maximumly, and improve the quality of life of patients after surgery.
