摘要
目的探讨超声电导仪经皮透入给药对肛瘘术后疼痛控制的效果。方法 200例肛瘘术后患者,随机分为试验组与对照组,各100例。试验组术后6 h开始应用超声电导仪经皮透入给药镇痛,对照组术后6 h开始应用非阿片类止痛药物口服治疗。比较两组治疗效果、联合静脉止痛药使用例数,观察两组治疗前及术后24、72 h的疼痛情况。结果试验组有效率为98%,高于对照组的76%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组采用联合静脉用药的患者为1例,少于对照组的19例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组疼痛评估数字分级法(NRS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后24、72 h NRS评分均低于治疗前,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声电导仪经皮透入给药对肛瘘术后疼痛改善效果更为理想,值得推广应用。
Objective To discuss the effect of transdermal administration by ultrasonic conductivity instrument in the treatment of postoperative pain of anal fistula. Methods A total of 200 postoperative anal fistula patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with transdermal administration by ultrasonic conductivity instrument at 6 h after operation, and the control group was treated with oral administration of non opioid analgesics at 6 h after operation. The treatment effect and cases of combined intravenous analgesics were compared between the two groups. The pain of the two groups before treatment and 24 and 72 h after operation were observed. Results The experimental group had higher effective rate as 98% than 76% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). The experimental group had less number of combined intravenous analgesics as 1 case than 19 cases in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Before treatment, both groups had no statistically significant difference in numerical rating scale(NRS) score(P0.05). Both groups had lower NRS score in postoperative 24 and 72 h than before treatment, and the experimental group was lower than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion Transdermal administration by ultrasonic conductivity instrument shows more ideal effect in improving the pain after anal fistula operation, and it is worthy of popularization and application.
