心脏介入术后并发症的综合护理及疗效观察

Observation on comprehensive nursing and efficacy of complications after cardiac interventional operation

目的探讨心脏介入术后并发症的综合护理及疗效。方法 80例心脏介入术后患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,各40例。对照组采取一般护理措施,试验组在对照组的基础上采取综合护理措施,比较两组患者并发症发生情况。结果试验组患者并发症发生率为5.0%,明显低于对照组的20.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可以降低心脏介入手术的并发症发生率,值得在临床推广。

Objective To discuss the comprehensive nursing and efficacy of complications after cardiac intervention. Methods A total of 80 patients with cardiac intervention were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received general nursing measures, and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group. The occurrence of complications in two groups was compared. Results The experimental group had obviously lower incidence of complications as 5.0% than 20.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can reduce the incidence of complications in cardiac interventional operation, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
