我国中小学初任教师入职教育的困境及对策

摘要 初任教师入职教育质量如何,直接影响到其角色意识和适应能力,关系到中小学师资队伍的整体素质。我国中小学初任教师入职教育体系尚未健全,入职教育发展相对缓慢。分析初任教师入职教育的现实困境,在借鉴国外经验的基础上提出我国的入职教育对策,促进初任教师顺利完成由学生到合格教师的角色转换,推动我国中小学教师队伍整体素质的提升,已是当务之急。 The quality of the initial teachers' entrance education is directly related to the role consciousness of teachers in primary and secondary school. The study found that the initial education system for primary and secondary school teachers in our country is not yet sound,and the development of induction education is relatively slow. Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the current realistic predicament of the initial teachers' entrance education,on the basic of the experience of foreign countries,put forward the measures of entrance education in China,in is important of promoting teachers to adapt the role of qualified teachers.
