利益相关者视角下的独立学院教师专业发展研究 被引量:1

摘要 作为民办非企业法人,独立学院是利益驱动下的组织创新产物。从利益相关者理论视角看,各利益相关者主体对教师专业发展的支持度和关切度不尽相同。独立学院教师的专业发展需要各利益相关者的关注和介入,同时也事关利益相关者主体各自的利益。学生及家长、教师自身、学校及其举办者、用人单位和政府是独立学院教师专业发展最核心的利益相关者。为提高独立学院教师专业发展的水平,需构建各利益相关者主体共同参与的激励和保障机制。 As a private non-enterprise legal person,the independent college is a typical stakeholder organization. From the perspective of stakeholder theory,stakeholders on teachers' professional development support and concern is not the same. The independent college teachers' professional development not only needs each stakeholder concern and intervention,but also relates to stakeholders their own interests. Students and parents,teachers themselves,schools and their sponsors,employers and government are the core stakeholders of teachers' professional development in independent colleges. In order to improve the level of teachers' professional development in independent colleges,it is necessary to construct incentive and guarantee mechanisms for the participation of stakeholders.
