高校学生党员择业观调查研究——基于山东部分高校学生党员择业观调研

Investigation into and study on job choosing view of university CPC member students——Based on the survey of CPC member students' job choosing of some universities in Shandong

在"大众创业、万众创新"的大背景下,高校学生党员的就业方向和发展在一定程度上影响到就业工作的整体质量。为深入了解高校学生党员择业观的问题,研究新形势下高校学生党员的择业观状况,对山东部分高校学生党员进行调研的结果显示:已有部分学生党员拥有创新创业的意识与勇气,并付诸实践,但相较于全社会创新创业的浪潮,高校学生党员选择自主创业的比率依旧较低,大多数受访者依旧选择公务员、事业单位和企业就业。因此,高校应不断加强对学生党员进行创新创业教育,增强创新创业意识,营造创新创业环境,搭建创新创业平台,提升创新创业知识、能力、素质和品格。

In the times of ＂public entrepreneurship and innovation ＂, the employment direction and development of university CPC member students have influenced the overall quality of employment to a certain extent. In order to know more about the view of job choosing among university Party students and study the career choice of university Party member students in the new situation, this study has investigated the Party members in some universities. The results show that some students have the consciousness and courage of innovation and entrepreneurship, and also put them into practice. But in comparing the wave of innovation and entrepreneurship in the whole society, the rate of university Party member students who make the choice of self-innovation is still low, and most of the interviewees still prefer to be employed as civil servants, or in institutions or big enterprises. Thus, it can be seen that universities should strengthen the innovation and entrepreneurship education of Party member students, popularize the conscience of innovation and entrepreneurship, build up a new environment for innovation and entrepreneurship, set up innovation and entrepreneurship platforms, and elevate the knowledge, ability, personal quality and characteristics of innovation and entrepreneurship.
