经后路防滑钢板结合空心螺钉治疗单髁Hoffa骨折的疗效观察

Effect observation of single condylar Hoffa fracture treated by posterior anti-slip plate and hollow screw

目的探讨经后路防滑钢板结合空心螺钉治疗单髁Hoffa骨折的临床效果。方法通过对2012年1月至2016年1月在漯河市召陵区人民医院治疗的42例单髁Hoffa骨折患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,观察患者治疗效果。结果患者平均手术时间(52.83±5.91)min,平均失血量(147.93±3.85)ml,术后9个月膝关节优良率同术后3个月比较明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对单髁Hoffa骨折患者采用经后路防滑钢板结合空心螺钉治疗可促进骨折愈合,其具有安全性高、疗效显著等特点,临床值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of combined with hollow screw for the treatment of single condyle Hoffa fracture. Methods The clinical data of 42 patients with single condyle Hoffa fracture treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2016 were retrospectively analyzed,and observed the therapeutic effect of patients. Results The patients with the average operation time（ 52. 83±5. 91） min,average blood loss（ 147. 93±3. 85） ml,9 months after knee joint was compared with the postoperative 3 months was improved obviously,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion For patients with single condylar Hoffa fractures with posterior checkered plate can promote healing of fracture combined with hollow screws,it has the characteristics of high safety,efficacy significantly,clinical application worth.
