45～59岁中老年公务员与企业员工血脂四项的比较研究

比较不同职业人群工作性质、生活习惯与血脂的关系,为中老年人预防和控制高血脂及其并发症提供理论依据.以45~59岁长时间伏案工作为主的行政公务员和体力劳动为主的企业员工305名为研究对象,抽取晨空腹静脉血5 m L,对T-CHO、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C值进行测试及分析,并对其生活习惯进行了问卷调查.男女公务员T-CHO、TG、LDL-C均高于男女企业员工而HDL-C低于企业员工.说明中老年男女公务员在防止动脉粥样硬化、预防冠心病等的发生,以及体力劳动和体育锻炼等方面可能较中老年男女企业员工差,男女公务员尤其是男子公务员血脂相对较高,应注意饮食习惯,改变生活方式,加强体育锻炼.

In this paper,the relationship between work characteristics,living habits and blood lipids in different occupational groups is compared,which will provide theoretical basis for prevention and control of hyperlipidemia and its complications in middle-aged and elderly people.By taking the administrative civil servants with 45-59 year old and they are working at his desk for long time,and 305 employees with physical labor as the main research object,The5 m L fasting venous blood of them are extracted,and the values of T-CHO,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C are tested and analyzed,and their habits and habits are investigated by questionnaire.T-CHO,TG,LDL-C of male and female civil servants are higher than that of male and female enterprise employees,while HDL-C of male and female civil servants is lower than that of the enterprise employees. This shows that middle-aged and elderly male and female may be worse than the middle-aged and elderly employees in the prevention of atherosclerosis,prevention of coronary heart disease occur,as well as physical labor and physical exercise,etc.,the bloodlipids of Male and female civil servants,especially that of male civil servants,are relatively higher,and they should pay attention to their eating habits and lifestyle changes,and they should strengthen physical exercise.
