摘要
爆炸金属复合板常见的缺陷类型主要有局部不结合或不结合区超标、裂钢、性能超标、长宽尺寸超差、不平度超差等。统计结果发现,在不锈钢/钢和钛/钢两类复合板中,局部不结合或不结合区超标分别占所有缺陷总数的比例分别高达50%、45%,而人为因素造成的尺寸超差等缺陷也分别占到缺陷总数的26%、30%。这些缺陷的消除除了要制定成熟稳定的爆炸复合工艺,配制适宜的炸药外,更重要的是加强生产各工序的过程控制。
Familiar defects in explosive metal clad plate include local non bonding or exceeded non bonding zone, crack or break, exceeded performance, length, width and roughness falling out of the standard and so on. The statistics results show that the proportions of the local non bonding or exceeded non-bonding zone falling out of the standard accounted for the total number of defects are 50% ,45% respectively in stainless steel/steel and Ti/steel clad plates, and the proportions of dimension out of size tolerance caused by human factor are 26%, 30% respectively. The elimination of these defects needs to draw up mature and stable explosive composite process, prepare suitable explosives, and the more important is to enhance the process control in each manufacture procedure.
