摘要 通过扫描电镜观察和力学性能检测分析了两种轧制工艺对热轧高强度耐腐蚀船板钢组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:轧制速度高(2.0m/s)的试验钢板在厚度方向上组织均匀性较轧制速度低(0.9m/s)的钢板组织均匀性差。采用高温低速大压下的轧制方法,屈服强度和抗拉强度得到大幅提高,且沿厚度方向具有良好的组织均匀性,钢板塑性和低温冲击韧性也得到明显改善。 The effects of two rolling processes on microstructure and mechanical properties of hot-rolled high strength corrosion resistant steel plate for ship were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and mechanical properties test. The results show that the microstructure uniform@ in the thickness direction of the test plate rolled by high speed (2.0m/s) is worse that of the steel plate rolled by low rolling speed (0.9m/s). The yield strength and tensile strength of the test plate are greatly improved significantly by using rolling method of low rolling speed, high rolling temperature and large rolling reduction, and the steel plate has good microstructure uniform@ along the thickness direction. The plasticity and low temperature impact toughness of the steel plate are also improved obviously.
