铸锭成分对TC4钛合金相变点及锻造组织的影响 被引量:3

摘要 分析了经VAR法3次熔炼的TC4铸锭横、纵向成分,并用理论公式计算出铸锭不同部位的相变点。分析了相变点的变化差异,并对比了相变点的计算值和实测值。结果表明,实验铸锭不同部位相变点差别很大,最高约20℃,差异最大点在铸锭冒口端。 The transverse and longitudinal components of TC4 ingot after 3 times melting by VAR (vacuum arc remelting) method were analyzed. And the phase transition points of different parts of the ingot were calculated by the theoretical formula. The change difference of the phase transition points was analyzed, and the calculated and measured values of phase transition points were compared. The results show that the difference of transformation points at different parts of experimental ingot are very large, the maximum is about 20℃, and the maximum difference point is at the riser end of the ingot.
