摘要
针对类似集装箱波纹板的角焊缝焊接难题,利用了一种能自动旋转的电弧传感器对波纹板角焊缝的自动焊接进行了研究。建立了在不同位置电弧传感器旋转时焊炬高度的数学模型,得到焊炬高度的变化规律。利用最小二乘偏差法和积分差值检测法分析焊炬的高度变化。试验过程中,将采集的旋转电弧焊接电流通过相应的滤波处理得到精准的数据,并利用最小二乘偏差法得出焊接偏差,利用积分差值进行焊缝折点的识别。
Aiming at the fillet welding problem of similar container corrugated plates, the automatic welding of corrugated plate fillet weld was studied by using an arc sensor which could automatically rotate. The mathematical models of torch height when the arc sensor rotated at different positions were established, and the variation of the torch height was obtained. The torch height variation was analyzed by using the least square deviation method and the integral difference detection method. During the experimental process, the acquired rotating arc welding current was treated by the corresponding filtering process to get accurate data, the welding deviation was obtained by using the least square deviation method, and the break point was recognized by using the integral difference method.
