摘要
以Ti-6Al-4V钛合金精铸件为研究对象,通过分析铸件缺陷补焊生产过程,运用二进制逻辑回归分析等方法进行数据分析,确定了影响铸件裂纹缺陷焊后荧光渗透检测一次合格率的关键因素,研究了裂纹缺陷的形成机理。结果表明:焊前打磨宽度比是关键因素。焊前打磨宽度比在0~3.0范围内,随着焊前打磨宽度比的增大,焊后荧光渗透检测一次合格率不断升高。规定焊前打磨宽度比在2.0~3.0范围时,较规定前,焊后荧光渗透检测的一次合格率由71.7%提高至90.5%。
Taking Ti-6A1-4V titanium alloy investment casting as the research object, the key factors affecting the fluorescent penetrant inspection's first time yield of the casting's crack defects after welding were detemined by analyzing the repair welding process of casting defects and using the binary logistic regression analysis method, and the formation mechanism of crack defects was studied. The results show that the polish width ratio before welding is the key facter. When the polish width ratio is within the range of 0-3.0, the first time yield of fluorescent penetrant inspection after welding increases with the increase of polish width ratio. When the polish width ratio before welding is specified in 2.0-3.0, the first time yield of fluorescent penetrant inspection after welding increases from 71.7% to 90.5% compared with that before the specification of the polish width ratio.
