特高压变电站铝合金管母线MIG焊接工艺及培训

摘要 随着特高压电网建设的不断加快,变电站大口径厚壁铝合金架空管型母线得到广泛应用,其焊接质量已成为电站整体工程质量的一部分。采用正确的焊接工艺和焊接规范对特高压焊接技术人员进行岗前培训,是提高特高压电网建设的整体质量和效率的有力手段。探讨了在特高压变电站建设中采用V型坡口管对接的熔化极氩弧焊工艺,列出了经过严格焊接工艺评定所得到的相关焊接参数。 With the acceleration of ultra high-voltage (UHV) grid construction, large diameter thick wall aluminum alloy overhead tube busbar for transformer substation has been widely used. Its welding quality has become a part of the whole engineering quality of power station. Therefore, it is a powerful mean to improve the overall quality and efficiency of UHV grid construction by prejob training for UHV welding technicians with correct welding process and welding specification. The butt MIG welding technology of tube with V groove in construction of UHV substation was discussed, and the related welding parameters obtained through strict welding process evaluation were listed.
