摘要
采用化学成分分析、断口形貌观察及金相检验对某农用机械驱动轴断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:该驱动轴脆性断裂的根本原因是锻造温度过高导致过烧,使材料的承载能力及强度下降。
The fracture reasons of the driving shaft for an agricultural machine were analyzed by chemical composition analysis, fracture morphology observation and metallographic examination. The results show that the basic reason of the brittle fracture of the driving shaft is that the forging temperature is too high, which leads to overbuming, and leads to the decrease of the bearing capacity and the strength of the material.
