摘要
分别以尿素和麦麸为补充氮源,调节栽培基质的C/N,对不同C/N下白灵侧耳(Pleurotus eryngii var.tuoliensis)菌丝生长速度、子实体发育和产量等指标进行测定和数据分析。结果表明,栽培基质的C/N在30:1~51:1范围内菌丝生长速度较快,但添加尿素时菌丝生长速度更快;在相同C/N条件下,添加麸皮的配方比添加尿素的配方现蕾时间更短、生物学效率更高;在添加麸皮的配方中,生物学效率随着C/N的降低(麸皮添加量增加)而升高,但当C/N为25:1时出菇率仅为73.3%,最佳C/N为36:1~41.5:1;在添加尿素的配方中,C/N为36:1时,生物学效率最高,达到52.15%,出菇率为96.67%。
Using urea and wheat bran separately as a supplementary nitrogen source, the different formulas were designed in the experiment by regulating C/N ratio of cultivation substrate for Pleurotus eryngii var. tuoliensis. The results showed that the ap- propriate range of the C/N ratio was 30:1 to 51:1 for myeelia growth, but mycelia growth rate was faster when urea was added in the culture substrate. In the same C/N ratio conditions, the primordia time in the formula added wheat bran was shorter, and the biological efficiency in that was higher. In the formula added wheat bran, biological efficiency rose along with the decrease of C/ N ratio, and the optimum range of the C/N ratio was 36:1-41.5:1 for biological efficiency. In the formula added urea, when the C/N ratio was 36:1. biological efficiencv was 52.15%. and fruiting rate was 96.67%.
