秀珍菇反季栽培高效技术模式的研究 被引量:5

摘要 在反季栽培过程中,研究不同类型菌种、不同培养料配方、大棚建造标准、冷刺激催蕾育菇工艺等对秀珍菇(Pleurotus geesteranus)出菇质量和经济效益等的影响。研究表明,使用复合菌种以及配方4(棉籽壳20%、玉米芯20%、杂木屑30%、稻草10%)或配方5(杏鲍菇菌糠40%、棉籽壳30%、稻草10%),建造简易打冷催蕾育菇大棚,采用冷刺激催蕾育菇工艺,结合温度、湿度、通气等调控措施,秀珍菇出菇整齐,质量好,经济效益显著。经湖南地区推广示范,建立了秀珍菇反季栽培高效技术模式。 In the anti-seasonal cultivation, the effect of different strains of Pleurotus geesteranus, different formulas, standard of greenhouse construction, technology of cold stimulation on the quality and economic benefits of P. geesteranus were studied. The results showed that by using the composite strain, in the environment of formula 4 (cotton seed shell 20%, corn cob 20%, saw- dust 30%, straw 10%) or formula 5 (Pleurotus eryngii fungus chaff 40%, cottonseed Shell 30%, straw 10%), P. geesteranus could produce neat fruiting body with good quality on the condition that we could build simple cold-pressing bud mushroom greenhouses and use cold stimulus budding technology, combined with the temperature, humidity, ventilation and other regula- tory measures. This method has brought about remarkable economic benefits and we have already applied it in large areas in Hunan province as demonstration. Thus the anti-seasonal cultivation technology mode of P. geesteranus has been established.
