摘要
为探讨短裙竹荪(Dityophora duplicata)在不同培养基上的生长特性,采用固体培养基皿培法培养短裙竹荪,研究不同固体培养基、不同碳源和氮源对短裙竹荪的生长、菌丝形态、菌丝生长的影响。结果表明,短裙竹荪在不同培养基上均能生长,尤其在PDA培养基上生长速度最快。短裙竹荪对所试的不同碳源均能利用,而在以甘露糖、木糖醇、木糖、果糖为碳源的固体培养基上培养时生物量最高。对所试的不同有机氮源均能利用,在以鱼蛋白胨、硫酸铵为氮源的固体培养基上生长最好,在以亚硝酸钠和尿素为氮源的固体培养基上未见肉眼可辨的菌丝体生长。
To explore the culture characteristics of Dityophora duplicata on solid media, we use solid agar medium to culture D. duplicat Effects of different solid media, carbon sources and nitrogen sources on growth and morphology of D. duplicata were studied. Mycelial growth rate was fastest on PDA medium. D. duplicata grew better when mannose, xylitol, xylose and fructose were carbon sources on soild media. Organic nitrogen sources can be used by D. duplicatcL D. duplicata grew better when fish peptone and ammonium sulfate were nitrogen sources, but there were no growth of mycelial on solid medium when sodium nitrite and carbamide were nitrogen sources.
